Hi there! Let's all have fun in Turks & Caicos in June! The travel window for this trip is June 8-14, 2025 and guests may extend their stay, pending availability. There is no inventory being held and rooms are on a first come first served basis, to confirm your reservation a deposit of $200 per room is required.
Deadlines
After you have discussed your travel dates, you are ready to make a deposit! Room deposit is $200 per room plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional) or airfare (if applicable). The deposit deadline will be noted on your invoice and final room payments is due 4/30/2025.

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.
This reservation is subject to non-refundable deposit and penalties apply after final payment date, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.
The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.
Please include in the reservation form if you will be needing an insurance, once the form is received you will be getting an insurance quote together with your room quote.
Yes! The initial deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice & guests can submit their booking until 12/11/2024 pending availability. There are no set payment requirements, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. The final payment is due 4/30/2025.
The closest airport is Providenciales International Airport (PLS). Transfers are included from this airport only.
If you book your air, please forward your air confirmation email to me no later than May 7, 2025. This is how we schedule your transportation pick-up at your destination.
If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help! There is a $50 ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes.
Yes! Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form.
Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps.
If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the notes field.
Absolutely! That is not a problem at all. If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, please include the requested dates in your reservation form and I will confirm availability.
The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at CC Vacations LLC.
There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
- The group has worked with me to negotiate a group discount.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
- Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
- Will not be a part of the group
- Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
- Unfortunately I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.

JR SUITES
All Junior Suites at The Sands at Grace Bay have kitchenettes that include a mini-fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware, cutlery, and a small sink. Also, each unit has ceiling fans, air-conditioning, cable television, data port hook-ups, a clock radio, in-room safes, washers and dryers (available in most Junior Suite Garden views and some Junior Suite Ocean view rooms), and direct-dial telephones.

Guest Reservation Form
TO GET A QUOTE OR BOOK YOUR ROOM:
All guests will need to complete the reservation form to get a quote.
Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person).
To limit multiple quotes, please discuss your travel dates with important friends & family members before submitting a reservation form.
SUBMIT
We will need the full passport name & DOB for everyone in your room. Still waiting for your passport? That's OK! Just use the name you used on your application.
Select the Number of Passengers and the form will dynamically create spaces for everyone in your group. Fields marked with an asterix * are REQUIRED
Once we get it, we will review & send an invoice for you to review & approve. Kindly note our business hours, 10a-6p CT Mon-Thurs and 10a-3p CT on Friday. Look for an email from Carol Carrillo.
- Double check the name on your passport. The name on your reservations must match exactly the name on your passport. No nicknames, shortened names, etc. A change fee may apply if your reservation does not match the name on your passport.
- Make sure that your passport is valid at least 6 months after the return date of travel. If you have not processed your passports yet, current processing times is 8-12 weeks. Please make sure you have your passports handy before travel date.
- Check with your bank if you are using a debit card, most banks have a daily charge limit. Please confirm with your bank prior to submitting a large debit card payment.
- If you are pregnant or planning to be pregnant: Some trips have restrictions for pregnant travelers. For example, cruise lines will not board a passenger after her 24th week of pregnancy. Ask me for more details. Travel Insurance and Pregnancy: Please read the coverage info carefully. In many policies, pregnancy is considered a pre-existing condition and is not a covered cancellation reason. In this case, you may want to consider "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage, an optional upgrade.
- Felonies / DUI / Owe back child support - if any of these applies to you, you may not be able to get a passport, clear immigration, or you may get detained at customs. Please contact your attorney to review the specifics of your case.
