Hi there! Luisa Catalina & Michael Allan pre-reserved rooms at Barcelo Maya Complex for their destination wedding at Blue Venado Paamul on April 9, 2026. This room block is reserved for you with a special rate. The travel window is April 7-12, 2026 and guests may extend their stay, pending availability. There is a 3 night minimum requirement for all guests booking under the room block.
Deadlines
After you have discussed your travel dates, you are ready to make a deposit! Room deposit is $150 per adult plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). The deposit deadline is October 8, 2025 and final room payments is due December 4, 2025.

The hotel features 6 restaurants, all overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy buffet and à la carte restaurants specializing in Brazilian, French, and Caribbean (seafood) cuisine and other international cuisines. All within the Barceló All-Inclusive program and for the exclusive use of our guests.
The hotel's excellent facilities include 3 spectacular pools, one for adults only, and a special water park for children. It boasts a fitness center, shopping mall, U-Spa, U-Kids Spa, and a mini-club. Sports enthusiasts can exercise in the sea or the sports areas provided. You can enjoy a magnificent selection of leisure and entertainment at night.
In addition, with the Barceló All-Inclusive program at this resort in Puerto Aventuras you also have access to our buffet restaurants, bars, and pool and beach facilities at the Barceló Maya Beach, Barceló Maya Caribe, Barceló Maya Colonial, and Barceló Maya Tropical hotels
We have rooms reserved on Barcelo Palace & Barcelo Complex (Caribe, Colonial, Tropical, and Beach). Booking a superior room at Barcelo Complex will not be guaranteed to place at the hotel you select. Guests will be assigned either hotel based on occupancy at the time of arrival. All hotels at Barcelo Complex provide the exact same product and guests staying at either hotel have access to the amenities and facilities at all hotels, which are located within the same resort complex.
Staying at one of these rooms means that you get to enjoy all 4 resort in the same complex however you won't get access at Barcelo Palace. Staying at Barcelo Palace you will have access to all of it. Barcelo Palace is more upscale & has more ala carte options for restaurants.
Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.
Because group reservations at all inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.
The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.
Please include in the reservation form if you will be needing an insurance, once the form is received you will be getting an insurance quote together with your room quote.
Yes! The initial deposit is due on October 8, 2025. There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. The Final payment is due December 4, 2025.
While the group requests that you book your room with the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare.
Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready.
The closest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN). Transportation is only included from this airport.
If you book your own air, please forward your air confirmation email to me no later than February 11, 2026. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up at your destination.
Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.
If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help! There is a $50 ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes.
Yes! Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form.
Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps.
If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the notes field.
Absolutely! That is not a problem at all. If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, please include the requested dates in your reservation form and I will confirm availability.
Note: rates outside of the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.
The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at CC Vacations LLC.
There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
- The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and included transportation.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
- Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
- Will not get the group rates
- Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
- Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
- Unfortunately I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.

If you're just looking for a quote, please don’t submit the reservation form. The group rates are listed above and won’t change as they’re part of a room block contract.
Not sure how much you need to pay? No worries! Just shoot me an email at cc@carolcvacations.com and I’ll help you figure it out.
If you’re booking two or more rooms, please make sure to include the names of the guests who’ll be staying in each room when you fill out the form. Please fill out one form per room.
Also, please don’t send multiple forms just to check prices—it pulls rooms from the group block and messes with inventory.

- Double check the name on your passport. The name on your reservations must match exactly the name on your passport. No nicknames, shortened names, etc. A change fee may apply if your reservation does not match the name on your passport.
- Make sure that your passport is valid at least 6 months after the return date of travel. If you have not processed your passports yet, current processing times is 8-12 weeks. Please make sure you have your passports handy before travel date.
- Check with your bank if you are using a debit card, most banks have a daily charge limit. Please confirm with your bank prior to submitting a large debit card payment.
- If you are pregnant or planning to be pregnant: Some trips have restrictions for pregnant travelers. For example, cruise lines will not board a passenger after her 24th week of pregnancy. Ask me for more details. Travel Insurance and Pregnancy: Please read the coverage info carefully. In many policies, pregnancy is considered a pre-existing condition and is not a covered cancellation reason. In this case, you may want to consider "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage, an optional upgrade.
- Felonies / DUI / Owe back child support - if any of these applies to you, you may not be able to get a passport, clear immigration, or you may get detained at customs. Please contact your attorney to review the specifics of your case.
